Privacy Policy

SimplifiedIQ ("we", "us", "our") provides Capability Verification™ software to organizations ("Customers") that use it to verify the readiness of their workforce. Where Customers upload employee or contractor information into the Service, the Customer is the controller of that personal information and SimplifiedIQ acts as a processor on their behalf.

• Account information. Name, work email, company, role, and authentication credentials.
• Customer content. Training materials, assessment items, results, scores, and Capability Records uploaded or generated through the Service.
• Verification signals. When Customers enable optional verification controls (camera, microphone, tab-focus, ID checks), we process the resulting evidence solely to produce the Capability Record requested by the Customer.
• Usage data. Log data, device and browser metadata, IP address, and product interaction events used to operate and improve the Service.
• Communications. Messages you send us, including demo requests and support tickets.

• To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• To generate verified Capability Records and audit-ready evidence on behalf of Customers.
• To communicate about your account, security, and product updates.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer content to train third-party foundation models.

We share personal information with: (a) sub-processors that help us deliver the Service (hosting, email, analytics, AI infrastructure) under written data-processing terms; (b) the Customer that controls the relevant workspace; and (c) authorities where required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer content is retained according to the Customer's configured retention settings; on termination, content is deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

The Service may process information in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. If your information was provided to the Service by a Customer, please contact that Customer first; we will support them in responding to your request.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. See our Security page for details on the controls in place.

The Service is intended for use by organizations and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
